Kitty... Cats are hard to photograph... this one is no exception... it started out as a simple portrait of Ty, and once the strobes started going off he was more interested in them than he was staying put for a photo. So when you get lemons... what else can you do other than make lemonade... next photo...

Failboat... Due to technical difficulties (had a SD card error) this is the only image that came out of the card today... doh...

Colors... So my subject for the evening was a no show, so "my little friend" had to step in, I know two days of toys... well nothing I could do, but I had to get my photo one way or another...

On a side note, for the next week I'm switching my post editing software from LightRoom 3 B2 to Aperture 3. This is a little scary as I've gotten quite use to LR3 and actually quite quick with it, but seeing as its only a beta and expires when the full version comes out and how I already own a copy of Aperture 3, I figured now would be a better time than ever to at least try it out and maybe make the switch... till tomorrow... enjoy...

Day-one-hundred-five...

Theme... So I've been contemplating for a while about following a few others who are also doing project 365 similar to myself on doing a day theme like bokeh Wednesday, bench Monday, etc... then I thought why don't I just make up my own, this is my project after all... so I'm going to be trying out my own version of this and call it "Toy Thursday" I'll be taking a picture of some toy every Thursday and also possibly trying out a new post processing technique as well if I pick something up that week... so lets start this off shall we... till tomorrow... enjoy...

Day-one-hundred-three...

Sunset... My relatives came up today to Austin today for a quick day trip to check out the sites... I hung out with them after work of course, they wanted to see Mt.Bonnell and I was more than happy to oblige their request and I figured why not get my photo of the day while I was up there. This is the view of the TV/radio towers above West Lake and I was lucky enough to be there right before the sun went down...
